1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by The Fitzpatrick Super-Skin Clinic (“the Clinic”), an aesthetic home-based clinic operated by Dr Amina Adeniran.
1.2 By booking and receiving services from the Clinic, you (“the Client”) agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Booking and Appointments
2.1 All appointments must be booked in advance through the designated booking system or by direct communication with the Clinic.
2.2 The Clinic strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur during website updates and maintenance. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, The Clinic has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, the Clinic may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
2.3 A non-refundable deposit of [£50] may be required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the treatment.
The remaining balance of the treatment cost is due upon arrival at the Clinic on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed
2.4 The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. The Client will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.
2.5 Late Arrival
1. Grace Period
• The Clinic allows a grace period of [15] minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, the Clinic reserves the right to shorten your treatment or reschedule, depending on the day’s schedule.
2. Treatment Shortening
• If the treatment is shortened due to late arrival, the full price of the service will still be charged.
3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
3.1 The Clinic’s address is confidential and will be disclosed to the Client only after an appointment has been confirmed.
3.2 The Client agrees not to disclose the Clinic’s address to any third party, including but not limited to friends, family members, or acquaintances.
3.3 Breach of this confidentiality agreement will result in immediate termination of services and may result in legal action.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 The Client is required to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the Clinic’s discretion.
4.2 The Client must provide accurate and complete medical history and disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the treatment.
4.3 The Client is responsible for following pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by the Clinic.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 The Clinic adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all Clients.
5.2 The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if the Client’s health or safety is at risk.
5.3 The Client agrees to inform the Clinic immediately if they experience any adverse effects or complications following a treatment.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.2 The Clinic accepts the following payment methods: cash, credit card, debit card and bank transfer. Please note American Express is not accepted.
6.3 Refunds will not be issued for completed services. In cases of dissatisfaction, the Client should notify the Clinic within 24 hours to discuss potential remedies.
6.4 The Clinic reserves the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice).
6.5 Late Arrival

7.3 Images of the Client will only be shared for marketing purposes upon receipt of written consent.
7.4 . Data Protection
• The Clinic uses secure payment gateways and data protection systems to ensure the safety and privacy of your personal information during the online booking process. All client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Third-Party Providers
• Online payments and bookings may be processed by third-party providers. The Clinic is not responsible for the actions or errors of these third parties but will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly.
This section provides clear guidelines for clients regarding the online booking process, ensuring they understand payment terms, cancellation policies, and their responsibilities.
8. Liability
8.1 The Clinic is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the Client’s failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
8.2 The Clinic’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the Client for those services.
8.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Clinic harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the Client’s breach of these Terms.
9. Amendments
9.1 The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
9.2 Continued use of the Clinic’s services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, United Kingdom.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Complaints Procedure
At The Fitzpatrick Super-Skin Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality service to all our Clients. However, if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or experience, we encourage you to bring it to our attention as soon as possible. To file a complaint, please follow the steps below:
1. Initial Communication
• Any complaints should be reported directly to the Clinic within 7 days of the treatment. You can contact us via email on doctor@fitzpatricksuperskin.com with details of your concern.
• Please include your full name, appointment date, treatment received, and a detailed description of your complaint.
2. Response Time
• The Clinic will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.
• A full investigation will be conducted, and we aim to provide a formal response within 14 days from the date the complaint is received.
11.2 Complaint Resolution
• The Clinic is committed to resolving complaints in a fair and professional manner. If the complaint is deemed valid, we will propose an appropriate resolution, which may include:
• An explanation and/or apology.
• A corrective treatment, where applicable.
• A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
11.3 Escalation
• If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the complaint resolution, you may request further review. In such cases, the Clinic will re-evaluate the complaint and issue a final decision within 14 days.
• In the event that the matter cannot be resolved internally, both parties may agree to seek mediation or another form of dispute resolution.
11.4 No Retaliation
• The Clinic ensures that filing a complaint will not result in any form of retaliation, and your future access to services will not be affected by lodging a complaint.
11.5 Record Keeping
• All complaints will be documented and stored securely as part of the Clinic’s commitment to continuous improvement and compliance with applicable regulations.
11.6 External Bodies
• Should a resolution not be possible within the Clinic, you may seek advice or escalate your complaint to the relevant external regulatory body or ombudsman, depending on local laws and industry guidelines.
